הכל התחיל מסטורי אחד, על קורס מורים ליוגה ביוון. שממש משך את תשומת ליבי. התאהבתי ביוגה לפני כשנתיים, ורק רציתי להעמיק ולהתנסות כמה שיותר. אבל להיות מורה לא היה חלק מהתוכנית שלי לא חשבתי שיש לי מספיק ניסיון, מעולם לא הצלחתי את האסנות המטורפות שכולן מצליחות. אז למה שירצו ללמוד ממני בכלל. פשוט רציתי ריטריט ארוך ללמוד וליהנות כמה שאפשר.
הדבר הראשון שחשבתי כשראיתי את הסטורי היה- וואו זאת נראית באמת חוויה של פעם בחיים, אבל זה בטח עולה הון.מה שהכי הרגשתי זה שהיא פשוט מנסה להעביר את החוויה שהיא עברה. בלי לנסות למכור, כאילו היא לא עברה הסמכת מכירות.
בשיחה הראשונה עם רועי.
אבל דווקא זה היה נעים, מרענן ואותנטי כל השיחה חיכיתי שהיא תגיע לשלב העלות כי ידעתי שזה מה שיפיל את העסקה. כי הרי כל מה שהיא סיפרה פשוט נשמע חלומי ובלתי ניתן להשגה.
יחסית לכל מה שמקבלים בחבילה הזאת, המחיר פשוט בדיחה. ואז זה הגיע- היא סיפרה לי מה העלות ופשוט הייתי בשוק שהמחיר כל-כך נמוך ונגיש.
אז סגרתי, עם כל החששות-
מהלימודים באנגלית, מהבנות שיבואו איתי מישראל, מאיך יגיבו בעבודה וישחררו אותי לחודש, והתגובה בבית, מזה שלא מתאים לי עכשיו
חששות מהרמה שלי קורס רציני ופשוט בא לי ריטריט.
שבועיים לפני הטיסה רועי ארגנה לנו מפגש הכירות קסום, מה שהקל על חלק מהחששות. הגיע הרגע וטסנו, וגם כאן הכל היה כל כך מדוייק. מהגודי בג שקיבלנו, עד להסעה הממותגת שחיכתה לנו בשדה, מעבורת הלילה הלא פשוטה והמלון המטורף
שהגענו אליו. החודש הזה אינטנסיבי וחלומי כמו שלא יכולתי לדמיין בפנטזיות הכי פרועות שלי רועי היתה שם בכל רגע, בעזרה בלימודים, לתת כתף כשקשה, או סתם לבלות. הרווחתי חברות לחיים.
קשה לתאר במילים את החוויה, חודשיים אחרי ועדין מנסה לעכל את החודש המטורף שעברתי ופשוט שינה לי את החיים. היום אני כבר מלמדת 2 קבוצות קבועות, עוד חודש עוזבת את העבודה והופכת להיות מורה ליוגה במשרה מלאה
– פשוט תודה!

הכל הבלתי אפשרי. הקול המצחקק בראש שאומר לך מה יש אפילו לשקול את זה , מה יש לבזבז זמן על לתכנן את זה כשידוע שזה בלתי אפשרי . לכל אחד יש את הדבר הזה, משהו שהוא חושק לעשות אבל זה נראה רחוק מדי, גדול מדי פשוט לא אמיתי. עבור אמא שלי לעלות על מטוס היה בלתי אפשרי, 12 שנים של קלסטרופוביה עשו את שלהם וככל שעבר הזמן זה היה נראה רחוק עוד יותר קשה עוד יותר ופחות רלוונטי. ואז נזכרתי במשפט של הנרי פורד: ”,Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t – you’re right“ , בלי לחשוב הרבה, בלי לתכנן, בלי לשכנע הזמנתי שני כרטיסי טיסה ארזתי ספר תהילים ולקחתי את אמא לנתב״ג.חודש של חוויה גדושה ועמוסה , אנשים מכל העולם, לימודים אינטנסיביים ומים בצבע טורקיז . בסוף הכל היה שווה את זה , הקשיים בדרך , הפחד הלחץ בסוף הכל מתפוגג כשאתה מזכיר לעצמך שאתה יכול. הכל מתוכנן עד לפרט הקטן , והשילוב בין לימודים ותרגול לבין פנאי ופינוק הוא פשוט מושלם! תודה ענקית לרועי האלופה שגרמה לנו להרגיש הכי בבית שיש , בין אם זה לדאוג לנו לכל מה שצריך ועד להדליק איתנו נרות שישי בתמונה אני ואמא עושות את הבלתי אפשרי מבחינה. מזמינה אתכם לעשות את הבלתי אפשרי , מה שזה לא יהיה עבורכן.

המילה שמתארת את חווית הטיסה שלי דרך ABS בצורה הכי פשוטה ונכונה היא דיוק. דיוק ברמה שלא ראיתי בשום מקום אחר בעבר מהשיחה הראשונה שלנו ועד להמראה במטוס היה הרבה מקום לספקות וסימני שאלה, בכל זאת מדובר בקורס מדריכי יוגה על אי שאף אחד מהאנשים סביבי לא שמע עליו מעולם והחוויה הייתה נראית חלומית מדי בשביל להיות אמיתית. אבל רועי תמיד נתנה את המרחב לשאלות גם אם הן היו הכי סתמיות שיש. מבלי באמת להכיר אותה לפני, הרגשתי מספיק פתוחה איתה בשביל לחפור ולשתף אותה בכל הדאגות שלי, וזה היה רק החלק הראשון של המסע.
מהרגע שבו הגענו לשדה מתחיל החלק השני, בציפייה שלי אנחנו נפגשות שם כולן עוברות ביחד את כל התחנות ופשוט עולות לטיסה. מזכירה שאז לא ידעתי באמת מי זאת רועי ומה הרעיונות הגדולים שרצים לה בראש, ככה שהיא הפתיעה אותי ומאוד חיממה את הלב כשהיא חיכתה לנו עם הפתעות קטנות לתחילת הדרך. כבר באותו רגע ראיתי את רמת האכפתיות וההשקעה שלה בדיוק של כל צעד וצעד בתהליך הזה, רק שלא ידעתי עד כמה רחוק היא באמת יכולה להגיע. מבחינתי רועי הגיעה ללוות אותנו במובן הפורמלי- להגיע איתנו עד ליעד, לוודא שהתאקלמנו במלון ולתת כתף תומכת מתי שצריך ובעיקר בשבוע המבחנים. בפועל רועי עשתה הרבה מעבר לזה, והכל תמיד נעשה בחיוך ורצון אמיתי לדאוג שפשוט לא יחסר לנו אפילו לא דבר אחד. היא החזיקה את היד כשצריך וחיבקה כשצריך, בכתה איתנו צחקה איתנו הסבירה והרגיעה תמיד תמיד תמיד. וגם איפסה אותנו כשקצת התחלנו להתפזר. היא העניקה לנו את האפשרות לפתח במקום הזה תא משפחתי קטן, סוג של בית חם לחזור אליו בסוף היום, וככה זה באמת הרגיש. רועי ידעה איזה מסע אנחנו עומדות לעבור ואנחנו אפילו לא ידענו למה לצפות, בדיוק מהמקום הזה של הניסיון שלה, היא הכניסה את כל מה שחסר למי שמגיעה באופן עצמאי לחוויה, בעצם היא דאגה שהכל באמת יהיה מושלם, והלוואי שהייתי יכולה להסביר לאיזו רמת שלמות היא הצליחה להגיע.
מעבר לפן הייצוגי, שרועי דאגה להכל מקצה לקצה וחסכה מאיתנו את כל כאבי הראש של טיסות בזמן קורונה, היא דאגה שכל אחת מאיתנו תחווה את המסע הזה באופן המקסימלי והטוב ביותר, דאגה לדבר איתנו באופן אישי על בסיס יום יומי ולפתוח את כל התחושות והמחשבות שרצות לנו בראש במהלך הקורס המיוחד הזה, ולהביא אותן לידי ביטוי בעיצוב שלנו כמורות ליוגה.
באופן אישי, הליווי של רועי שידרג לי את החוויה בכמה רמות- תמיד ידעתי שאין לי סיבה לדאוג לשום דבר כי רועי כבר כיסתה את הכל, ואם בכל זאת היה משהו שגרם לי לאי נוחות רועי תמיד ידעה למצוא את הפתרון המתאים או פשוט מאוד להגיד את המילה שהייתי צריכה לשמוע באותו רגע.

רועי אהובתי, כמעט שבוע כבר בארץ ועוד לא קרובה ללעכל מה עברתי, להכיל כל מה שיש לי בראש ולהבין מה חוויתי אבל כבר רוצה לרשום לך מלא זמן. בהתחלה כשראיתי אותך לא הבנתי איך נתחבר ואם אנחנו קשורות בכלל ולא הבנתי הרבה מהתפיסת עולם שלך איזה כיף שיצא לנו להיות כמעט חודש יחד והתפיסה שלי השתנתה! אני מרגישה ששינית לי את הנקודת מבט על הרבה דברים לפחות נקודתית כשהייתי שם ומקווה שגם להמשך כיף לראות שאת מסתכלת על דברים בעין חיובית וטובה ורואה את עצמך ובאופן כללי כיף לראות וללמוד מבן אדם שחושב אחרת ממני תודה על כל החודש הזה וכל מה שהיה לפניו קודם כל על הארגון של כל הדבר הזה! שבזכותך יצאתי אליו. על זה שאת בוחרת גבוה והכי טוב ולשם את מכוונת עם עצמך! גם מזה למדתי! הדוגמא הכי טובה שלי לזה זה המעבורת בסוף שכנראה אם הייתי יודעת כמה היא עולה- לא הייתי סוגרת אותה ומעדיפה כיסא רגיל. אבל את מעריכה את עצמך בגבוה ובוחרת לנו את הכי טוב. הדמייה יפה גם לחיים אז תודה על הארגון הכי טוב של כל הדבר הזה! כל הדברים הקטנים מעבר שמשלימים את החוויה למושלמת וכמובן זה שהיית שם להכווין לעזור לתת מילה להיכנס לשיחות ולתת לי לראות אחרת אין ספק שבלעדייך לא הייתי עושה את זה אוהבת אותך המון המון ומחכה כבר לראותך.

לקח לי קצת זמן להתאושש מאז הנחיתה אבל רציתי לשתף אותך קצת באיך עברה עליי החוויה. נתחיל בזה שלא עובר יום שאני לא מתגעגעת לאמורגוס האי המדהים עם האנרגיות הקוסמיות הכל כך מורגשות שלו. לקורס יוגה המטורף שהאיר לי את החיים! הקורס הזה היה הרבה יותר מסתם עוד קורס למורות יוגה, הוא היה הרבה מעבר. הוא היה אוויר נקי לנשימה. ניקה לי את האנרגיות, ניקה את המחשבות, סידר לי את ראיית העולם ועשה אותי שלווה בנפש! אם לפני החוויה הזו היית מבקשת ממני לספר לך על החוויה או התקופה הכי טובה בחיים שלי שאני זוכרת לא היה לי מה לספר, עכשיו אחריו החוויה הזו אני יכולה לומר הפה מלא! החוויה הזו היא החוויה והתקופה הכי טובה שהייתה לי בחיים! אני כל כך מאושרת שעשיתי את זה עבור עצמי! זה הדבר הכי טוב שעשיתי עבור עצמי! ויצאתי משם עם תעודה של מורה ליוגה הדובדבן של הקצפת אבל כל כך לא רק זה . ולך רועי אהובתי אני רוצה לומר אלפי תודות!! את ורק את הפכת את החוויה הזו עבורי לכל כך הרבה יותר עוצמתית!! מההתחלה עוד מהארץ! דאגת עבורי להכל לא הייתי צריכה לדאוג לכלום, הכנת אותי להכל! דאגת שהכל יהיה לרוחי. באי דאגת לי כל הזמן, מה שלומי ואיך אני מרגישה ואיך הימים והקורס עוברים עליי ולא נרפית לדעת לשלומי ועל זה אני אסירת תודה!! מעבר לעוצמות ולחוכמה שלך שבועית לשתף איתי, למדתי ממך כל כך הרבה, כבן אדם ועל החיים עצמם. את מושלמת ולעד אזכור אותך בתקופה הכי טובה בחיים שלי כמישהי שדאגה שכך היא תהיה. תבורכי אהובה מגיע לך! אוהבת מכל הלב.

 

לגמרי במקרה הגעתי לABS למרות שאני באמת מאמינה שאין כזה דבר מקרה. כבר משיחת הוידאו הראשונה עם רועי, היא הייתה כל כך מדוייקת עבורי, הראתה לי את המקום ושיתפה אותה בחוויה שלה מהקורס. העזרה והתמיכה המשיכה לכל אורך החודש, מקבלת פנים אישית עם פרח, ארגון של ארוחה מהמטבח אחרי שהגעתי תשושה ורעבה מהמסע במעבורת, ועד ליום האחרון של הקורס שבו רועי דאגה שיהיו לי את תמונות הסיום הכי מושקעות. תמיד ידעתי שאני רוצה לעבור קורס 200ytt שעות. היה לי חשוב שיהיה מוכר על ידי ארגון בינלאומי וברמה מקצועית גבוהה. רציתי מקום שיתכלל את כל החוויה עם אורח החיים, וזה היה אידאלי. חשבו ודאגו עבורי לכל הצרכים- מלון חמישה כוכבים, 3 ארוחות ביום אפילו כיבסו עבורי את הבגדים. נתנו לי את כל הבמה להתרכז במסע האישי שלי. הכרתי אנשים מדהימים שנכנסו לי ללב, ללא ספק המתנה הכי טובה שיכולתי להעניק לעצמי. לרועי תמיד יהיה מקום שמור בלב שלי על שהנגישה עבורי את החלום הזה.

יפה שלי, אחרי שעיכלתי את החודש המדהים הזה אני רוצה לרשום לך,עברתי חודש מטורף, מלא בדברים שעשו לי טוב לנפש ולנשמה.גיליתי על עצמי פרטים חדשים, השתפרתי בכל התחומים, בעיקר בmind.חוויה כזאת שנכנסת לך לשביל החיים חייבת ללמד אותך שיעור טוב וחיובי ובעיקר לשנות את החיים.אני חזקה יותר. בגוף ובנפש,אני מרגישה חדה וצלולה, בעלת כלים לאושר קסום והצלחה טהורה.תודה שהנגשת ושיפרת לי את המסע הזה, מודה לך מלב מלא.את תמיד תהיי חלק מזה, אז את חלק ממני.

Roi accompanied me throughout my journey to the island of Amorgos in Greece for a 100-hour yoga teacher training course. Despite not being physically present with me on the island, I felt that Roi simply cared about me on this journey, and the small things she did showed me that there is someone I can truly rely on. Therefore, I also established contact with Roi again after returning to Israel in order to join her on my next journey to Amorgos, Greece, to complete the additional 100 hours and start teaching yoga! I trust Roi and know that she cares deeply about the well-being of the participants in the yoga teacher training course in Amorgos, Greece. After digesting this amazing month, I want to write to you. I’ve experienced a crazy month, full of things that have been good for my soul and spirit. I discovered new things about myself, improved in all areas, especially in the mind. Such an experience that enters your life must teach you a good and positive lesson, and above all, change your life. I am stronger, both physically and mentally. I feel sharp and clear, equipped with tools for magical happiness and pure success. Thank you for making this journey accessible and enhancing it for me. I thank you from a full heart. You will always be a part of it, so you are a part of me.

I heard about ABS entirely by chance.
Although I truly believe there’s no such thing as coincidence. From the very first video call with Roi, she was so precise for me, showing me around and sharing her experience from the course.

The assistance and support continued throughout the entire month, receiving personal attention with flowers, arranging a meal from the kitchen after I arrived tired and hungry from the ferry journey, and even to the last day of the course where Roi made sure I had the most polished graduation photos. I always knew I wanted to take a 200-hour yoga teacher training course. It was important to me that it would be recognized by an international organization and at a high professional level. I wanted a place that would encompass the whole experience with a lifestyle aspect, and this was ideal.

They thought and cared for all my needs – a five-star hotel, three meals a day, they even did my laundry. They gave me all the space to focus on my personal journey. I met amazing people who entered my heart, undoubtedly the best gift I could give myself. Roi will always have a special place in my heart for making this dream accessible to me.

It took me some time to recover since landing, but I wanted to share with you a bit about how the experience went for me. Let’s start with the fact that there hasn’t been a day when I didn’t miss the amazing Amorgos island with its cosmic energies that are so palpable.

The yoga course was insane and lit up my life! This course was much more than just another yoga teacher training; it was so much more. It was fresh air to breathe. It cleansed my energies, cleared my thoughts, organized my worldview, and brought me inner peace! If before this experience you asked me to tell you about the best experience or period in my life that I remember, I wouldn’t have much to say, but now after this experience, I can say so much! This experience is the best time I’ve ever had in my life! I am so happy that I did it for myself! It’s the best thing I’ve done for myself! And I came out of there with a yoga teacher certificate, the cherry on top, but so much more than that.

And to you, my beloved Roi, I want to say a thousand thank yous!! You, and only you, made this experience so much more powerful for me!! From the beginning, even from back home! You took care of everything for me; I didn’t need to worry about anything; you prepared me for everything! You made sure everything suited me. You worried about me all the time, about my well-being, how I’m feeling, how the days and the course are going for me, and I’m so grateful for that!! Beyond the powers and wisdom you shared with me, I learned so much from you, as a person and about life itself. You are perfect, and I will always remember you as someone who cared so much that it would be the best time in my life.

My dear Roi,

It’s been almost a week since I returned, and I still haven’t fully processed what I’ve been through, to contain everything in my mind and understand what I experienced. But I already want to write to you. At first, when I saw you, I didn’t understand how we would connect or if we were connected at all, and I didn’t understand much about your worldview.

What fun it was for us to be together for almost a month, and my perception has changed! I feel like you’ve changed my perspective on many things, at least temporarily, while I was there, and I hope it continues. It’s great to see that you look at things positively and see yourself in a good light. And generally, it’s fun to see and learn from someone who thinks differently from me.

Thank you for this whole month and everything before it. First of all, for organizing all of this! Thanks to you, I got to experience it. For choosing high and best and aligning yourself with yourself! I learned from that too!

The best example for me is the ferry at the end, which probably if I knew how much it costs, I wouldn’t have booked it and would have preferred a regular seat. But you value yourself highly and choose the best for us. A nice metaphor for life too.

So thank you for the best organization of all this! All the little things beyond that complement the experience to perfection. And of course, for being there to guide, help, and give me a different perspective. There’s no doubt that without you, I wouldn’t have done this.

The word that describes my flight experience through ABS in the simplest and most accurate way is precision. Precision at a level I haven’t seen anywhere else in the past.

 

From our first conversation until takeoff, there was plenty of room for doubts and question marks. After all, it’s a yoga instructor course on an island that nobody around me has ever heard of, and the experience seemed too dreamy to be real. But Roi always allowed room for questions, even if they were the most trivial. Without really knowing him beforehand, I felt open enough to dig deep and share all my concerns with him, and that was just the first part of the journey.

 

From the moment we arrived at the airport, the second part began, with my expectation that we would all meet there, go through all the stations together, and simply board the flight. I didn’t really know who Roi was and what big ideas he had in mind, so he surprised me and warmed my heart when he waited for us with little surprises at the beginning of the journey. Right then, I saw the level of care and dedication he put into every step of this process, only I didn’t know how far he could really go.

 

To me, Roi was there to accompany us formally – to accompany us to the destination, ensure that we settled into the hotel, and provide a supportive shoulder whenever needed, especially during exam week. In practice, Roi went far beyond that, and everything was always done with a smile and a genuine desire to make sure we lacked nothing. He held our hand when necessary, embraced us when needed, laughed with us, explained and calmed us, and even reset us when we started to scatter a bit. He gave us the opportunity to develop a small family unit here, a kind of warm home to return to at the end of the day, and that’s exactly how it felt.

 

Roi knew what journey we were about to embark on, and we didn’t even know what to expect. From his position of experience, he incorporated everything that someone arriving independently to the experience would lack. In fact, he made sure that everything would truly be perfect, and I wish I could explain the level of perfection he managed to achieve.

 

Beyond the representative aspect, Roi took care of everything from start to finish and spared us all the headaches of flights during the corona time. He made sure that each of us would experience this journey to the fullest and best extent, talked to us personally on a daily basis, opened up all the feelings and thoughts we had during this special course, and brought them to fruition in our yoga instructor design.


Personally, Roi’s support upgraded my experience by several levels – I always knew I had no reason to worry about anything because Roi already had everything covered, and if there was still something that made me uncomfortable, Roi always knew how to find the right solution or simply say the word I needed to hear at that moment.

Everything is impossible. The nagging voice in your head telling you what’s even worth considering, what’s worth wasting time planning when it’s known to be impossible.Everyone has that thing, something they yearn to do but it seems too far-fetched, too big, simply not feasible.

For my mom, boarding a plane was impossible, 12 years of claustrophobia had taken their toll, and as time went by, it seemed even further, harder, and less relevant.

Then I remembered Henry Ford’s quote: “Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t – you’re right.”

Without much thought, without planning, without convincing, I booked two flight tickets, packed a book of Psalms, and took my mom to Ben Gurion Airport. A month of rich and intense experiences, people from all over the world, intensive studies, and turquoise-colored waters.

In the end, it was all worth it, the hardships along the way, the fear, the pressure – it all fades away when you remind yourself that you can.

Everything is planned down to the smallest detail, and the combination of study and practice with leisure and pampering is simply perfect!

Huge thanks to Roee, the champion, who made us feel most at home, whether it’s taking care of everything we need or lighting Shabbat candles with us.

It all started from one story, about a yoga teacher training course in Greece. It really caught my attention.

I fell in love with yoga two years ago, and I just wanted to delve deeper and experience as much as possible. But becoming a teacher wasn’t part of my plan. I didn’t think I had enough experience; I had never managed to master the crazy poses that everyone else seemed to excel at. So why would anyone want to learn from me anyway? I just wanted a long retreat to learn and enjoy as much as possible.

The first thing I thought when I saw the story was: “Wow, this looks like a once-in-a-lifetime experience, but it’s probably expensive.” What I felt most was that she was simply trying to convey the experience she had gone through, without trying to sell it, as if she hadn’t been through a sales training.

But strangely enough, it was pleasant, refreshing, and authentic. Throughout the conversation, I waited for her to reach the price stage because I knew that’s what would ruin the deal. After all, everything she described just sounded dreamy and unattainable. Compared to everything included in this package, the price is simply a joke.

And then it came – she told me the cost, and I was just shocked at how low and accessible the price was. Despite all the concerns – from studying in English, to the girls coming with me from Israel, to how they would react at work and release me for a month, and the reaction at home, from those who don’t suit me right now – concerns about my level, a serious course, and I just wanted a retreat.

Two weeks before the flight, Roi arranged a magical introduction meeting for us, which eased some of the concerns. The moment came and we flew, and here too everything was so precise. From the goodie bag we received, to the branded shuttle waiting for us at the airport, to the not-so-easy nighttime ferry and the insane hotel we arrived at.

This month was intense and dreamy like I couldn’t have imagined in my wildest fantasies. Roi was there at every moment, helping with studies, lending a shoulder when things got tough, or just hanging out. I gained lifelong friendships.

It’s hard to describe the experience in words; two months later and I’m still trying to digest the crazy month I went through, which simply changed my life. Today I’m already teaching two regular groups, in another month I’m leaving my job and becoming a full-time yoga teacher – just thank you.
